I specialize in trauma-focused interventions with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment and Commitment Theory (ACT), and Schema Therapy. These modalities allow you to understand your past fully and how it affects your present life.

I accept most insurances in the state of Iowa, including Medicaid. Private Pay and HSA are also accepted.
Intake session = 175.00, 55 minute session = 155.00

About Us

I am a mother, wife, and grandmother, and a complex trauma survivor. It took me many years of falling on my face and feeling hopeless before I finally found a therapist who helped me heal from my past and gave me skills to learn so I could build a life that is balanced and filled with giving myself and others grace and patience. I learned in college about being a therapist...
I continue to learn to adapt and build my skills to be the best professional in the field of mental health.
I also volunteer as the Clinical Director for our county CISM team to support first responders, police, EMTs, and their families.
